How we can help you

The Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub will support the health, emergency services and social care workforce for Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland (LLR). If you think you have been affected by COVID-19 (either personally or professionally) then we can help. This service will enhance the wellbeing support already in place within each partner organisation.

Alcohol and COVID

We often drink more during stressful periods and the impact of the pandemic has meant that our normal routines have been disrupted. For some this has led to increased alcohol consumption.

Health and wellbeing for primary care staff

Primary care staff in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) can now access a range of health and wellbeing sessions and workshops.

The offer is available until March 2022 and is faciliated by operational leads assigned to each primary care network (PCN) and practice.

Headspace app is free for all NHS staff until end of 2022

Headspace is a meditation and mindfulness app.

As part of their commitment to support healthcare professionals, all NHS employees are getting free access to Headspace Plus, along with resources from the Headspace for Work program.
