About this service
The mental health and wellbeing of our staff across health and social care is of paramount importance. COVID-19 continues to present unprecedented challanges. We have come together to ensure that everyone in our valued workforce has the support they need, when they need it, through an enhanced staff support offer.
The Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub will support the entire health and social care workforce of Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland (LLR). The hub is run by experienced clinicians, offering anonymous and confidential psychological support, counselling, and emotional advice.
How it works
If you think you have been affected by COVID-19 (either personally or professionally) then we can offer support.
This site will signpost you to appropriate organisational services or refer you directly to a dedicated clinical team of counsellors and therapists.
Accessing the hub is by self-referral. It is free, confidential, and anonymous. We will ask you how you are feeling, and then give you an opportunity for a confidential follow up assessment with a clinician, and priority access to mental health treatment as required.
Improving our website
We have now appointed a third-party agency to help us develop the hub’s brand and digital presence. We will be working with them to launch the self-assessment tool which will allow you to follow an online process for referral.
Please call 0116 2544388 if you need support now.
